Control System:
The robot control system utilizes industrial-grade 2.4G wireless remote technology. The control mainboard is Weijiang's self-developed ROS robot control chip, featuring a highly integrated and compact design. In the event of a malfunction, the mainboard can be quickly replaced on-site, significantly reducing maintenance complexity.

Manufacturing Process:
The robot's overall frame is constructed using aluminum alloy riveted assembly, with a high-temperature fluorocarbon paint finish. This design offers advantages such as lightweight, high structural strength, and excellent corrosion resistance.

Drive System:
The robot adopts a tracked chassis driven by two brushless motors coupled with precision servo reducers. This configuration ensures continuous operation for up to 8 hours in harsh environments.
The tracks are bonded with anti-slip rubber material to guarantee stable movement on wet photovoltaic panels with slopes less than 15 degrees.

Cleaning System:
The cleaning roller brushes feature a quick-release design, allowing rapid replacement of different brush types according to on-site contamination. The rollers can be configured as either dual-roller or single-roller structures for flexible cleaning. Spray nozzles are installed at both the front and rear of the robot to enhance dust dispersion on panel surfaces, while a silicone squeegee mounted at the rear facilitates quick removal of contaminants.

Remote Control System:
The remote controller is housed in an industrial-grade waterproof shell. Users can set and monitor device parameters through a color touchscreen. Waterproof buttons enable direct control of the robot's operation for convenience and efficiency. An industrial-grade non-contact Hall-effect joystick prevents wear-related failures common in resistive joysticks, providing clear tactile feedback and smooth control.

Optional Safety Feature:
Upon customer request, the robot can be equipped with ultrasonic edge sensors. These sensors enable the robot to automatically stop upon reaching the edge of a photovoltaic panel, preventing accidental falls.
